Authenticity in the absence of a barista! What is "Secret Drip?"
We visited "Secret Drip," an iced coffee specialty store without a barista, which is being held at Rand Omotesando from July 11 (Fri.) to August 3 (Sun.), 2025!

This event is a new type of iced coffee shop where you can enjoy the authentic taste of iced coffee without a barista. It is now a hot topic of conversation on SNS, as it is a casual place to stop by in Omotesando in the summer and enjoy it at a surprisingly low price.
If this is your first time to visit, aim for a weekday! On weekends, they are always sold out...
I visited on a weekend afternoon and was told that there was an hour-long wait and that many of the items were sold out that day. I went back on a weekday in the afternoon.

On weekends and holidays, many items were sold out, so I recommend coming early!
On weekdays, we were able to smoothly enter the restaurant without waiting in line and were relieved to find that the menu items we were looking for were still available. (On weekdays, there were almost no sold-out items.)

The presentation is unique! A "secret drink" that appears through a hole in the wall!
When you enter the store, you are given a menu from which you can choose. I recommend the fruit coffee with real fruit on it! The staff told me that many people order watermelon or banana.

I order the "Watermelon Coffee" and am first guided to the front of the wall. There was a mysterious small window-like "hole" in the wall.

After inserting my order plate into the hole, the coffee appeared on a sliding tray like a conveyor belt sushi! The spotlight on the tray makes the "appearance scene" even more exciting.

The spotlight makes you feel like you've come to the right place! It is so impressive that it makes you feel like you've come to the right place. It is an entertaining experience that goes beyond iced coffee.

The eat-in space is comfortable in the back! Surprisingly spacious and relaxing.
After receiving your drink, go to the eat-in space in the back.

The space is much deeper than you would expect from the entrance , and there are more seats than you would expect. The air conditioning is comfortable, and if you talk to the staff in the back, they will politely tell you about the characteristics of the beans they use and their brewing recipes, making it a safe space even for coffee beginners.

A total of 16 types of fruit coffee!
A total of 16 kinds of fruit coffees (300 yen per cup) are made from carefully selected fruits purchased from farmers all over Japan.

The "Watermelon Coffee" I had was made with ripe watermelon from Hokuei-cho, Tottori Prefecture, and its natural sweetness matched the iced coffee perfectly. The juice was submerged at the bottom, and I mixed it in midway through the drink. I was able to enjoy the fruitiness until the very end.

It is hard to believe that this quality is only 300 yen per cup.

You can recreate the taste of a professional at home! Recipes are available at the official website.
Some of the recipes for the fruit coffee served at the event are available on the "Secret Drip" website, and if you have the "DRIP POD YOUBI" machine, you can enjoy the same taste at home.

If you use the official UCC application "COFFEE CREATION" via Bluetooth, you can brew coffee using the "professional recipe" used at the event. The hot water temperature, volume, and pouring speed are automatically adjusted to reproduce the professional taste as it is.

A new menu item that will be available from July 25!
Fruits are the best ingredients delivered in collaboration with "Eat Choku", directly from farmers all over Japan.
Of particular note is the new menu item, "Mamon Milk Coffee," which will be available from July 25. The drink, which uses "MORIN", a super rich strawberry from Saitama Prefecture, is a perfect match with the berry-like coffee, and the dessert-like iced coffee like strawberry milk chocolate is a must-try!

Summary|A hands-on café that is fun to look at, surprising to drink, and reproducible
The "Secret Drip" is a new type of café experience where you can not only enjoy coffee of such high quality that you would not believe there are no baristas, but also where the sight, taste, and experience are all "surprising".

It is worth going even if you are prepared to wait in line! Another great point is that you can recreate the taste you like at home. I heartily recommend this event not only to coffee lovers, but also to those who are looking for an interesting café experience.
