Hello. This time, I have tried the popular "SCANBE" 3D body scanner experience at Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku (a.k.a. Omokado)!

SCANBE is a free service provided by Wacoal that allows you to take a 360-degree measurement of your body shape in 3 seconds.
- Your size is automatically measured in 18 locations throughout your body.
- You can check your body shape with a 3D image.
- Find out your optimal size for bras and inner wear
- You can also compare your data with past data (linked to the app)

Impressions from an actual visit
SCANBE was located just inside the Omokado entrance to Tokyu Plaza in Omotesando.
After completing the reception, I was guided to a booth that looked like a fitting room, and after reading an explanation, I started taking measurements!
You wear a special paper bra and use your own panties.
The scan was completed in just 3 seconds.
It was quicker than I thought it would be!
A 3D image of my body was projected on the monitor on the spot, and it was a magical experience, as if my alter ego had appeared.
If you have the official Wacoal app "WACOAL CARNET" on your smartphone, you can check the measurement results on the spot. I was able to save the results on the app and check them later at my leisure.
Can men also experience it?
The SCANBE 3D scanner itself can be used by both men and women, but since it was "developed based on the body data of adult women," it is intended for women in principle.
Therefore, it may not be able to measure correctly for men or women depending on their size or body shape.

- Cup size: up to G cup
- Under bust size: up to 95
In addition, pregnant women, those under 17 years of age, or those under 130 cm in height may not be able to take accurate measurements.
In the unlikely event that scanning is not possible, rest assured that measurements can be taken with a measuring tape at stores with in-store staff.

Basically, if you only need a 3D body scan, no reservation is required & the experience is free.
However, the following services require advance reservations.

Reservations are given priority, so there may be a wait time or the service may be closed during busy times.
Estimated time required
15-20 minutes including changing.
Points to note when experiencing the service
- Wear a paper bra (disposable)
- Remove all accessories except rings.
- Gather long hair with a hair elastic, etc.
- Remove socks and stockings.
How to save measurement data
Data can be brought back by either of the following
- Record in Wacoal Carne, the official Wacoal app
- Receipt printout (*only some information is available)
Very convenient to reconfirm your size after you go home
No unreasonable solicitation? Do I have to purchase?
There is no solicitation at all, and you can just take measurements without purchasing!
The atmosphere was welcoming even if you visited for the purpose of "just knowing your size.
We were also given a ticket for free shipping if we ordered products through EC. (*There is an expiration date.)
