Kao will launch the new hair care brand "MEMEME MEE" on August 9, 2025. A POPUP event "MEMEME STUDIO" is currently being held at BAKERY CAFE 426 OMOTESANDO in Omotesando (until August 3), where you can experience its world view.

No advance reservations are required & admission is free. I happened to be walking along Omotesando when I was attracted by the sample distribution and stopped by!

Go to the 2nd floor first! Body Jewelry & Invincible Selfie Experience

After entering the entrance, we were first guided to the experience booth on the second floor.

Here, you can enjoy self-made body jewelry. There are four large ones and several smaller ones available, and you can "boost" your mood by applying the glitter where you want!

Afterwards, you can take a selfie in front of the mirror.

After that, you can take a selfie in front of the mirror and show it to the staff before going down the stairs to receive a limited-edition MEMEME sticker! This is a nice bonus!

There is a full range of fragrance experiences and product trials! Purikura (photo booth)

After enjoying body jewelry, there is a corner where you can try the fragrance of shampoo, treatment, and hair oil.

Two different scents are available, both fresh and gorgeous. I especially really liked the scent of the "no-rinse type crash gel treatment" and wanted to purchase it!

And to my surprise, there was also a purikura photo booth!

The photos you take can be instantly uploaded to social networking sites, with the service of having the photos sent to your own phone as well. It's a great way to commemorate the event in a cute space.

Going back down the stairs to the first floor, you will find MEMEME's product display & sales space. You can actually pick up and try the products, and the staff will explain them to you in detail.

The main products on display are as follows:

What is MEOVV (Miao)?

The next generation global K-POP girl group debuted in September 2024 from THE BLACK LABEL.

Produced by mega-producer TEDDY, who has worked with legendary artists such as BLACKPINK, 2NE1, and G-DRAGON, they have attracted much attention as "BLACKPINK's sister group" even before their debut. The group's name is "MEOVV" (pronounced "meovv").
