Located near the Omotesando intersection, “Café La Boheme Omotesando” has its entrance in the basement of a building that also houses GOKU BURGER and Heiroku Sushi. It’s a hidden gem of an Italian restaurant designed to resemble an attic, and this time I stopped by for their lunch set.
Going down into the basement feels a bit like heading to a secret hideout—it’s so exciting!
The restaurant isn’t too far from Omotesando Station. However, there are quite a few stairs, so it’s best to be a little careful when visiting.
A cave-like hideaway space spreads out at the top of the stairs
From the entrance to the dining area, you descend a long flight of stairs while admiring walls painted with cats and Parisian cityscapes. Since there are quite a few steps, be sure to watch your step when visiting.

At the bottom of the stairs lies a cave-like space featuring stone walls, murals of angels, and striking lighting. The interior is designed to resemble an attic, giving you the feeling of strolling through a Parisian alleyway.

The cave-like interior—it’s so much fun, it feels like an adventure! Kids would definitely love this!
Ah, that’s because the interior has such a unique, out-of-the-ordinary feel. With such a wide selection of drinks, it’s also a great spot for adults to relax and enjoy a drink.

There are three lunch set options—A, B, and C—and a wide variety of pasta dishes
There are three lunch set options—A, B, and C—each featuring a main pasta dish paired with a selection of appetizers, a salad, dessert, and a drink, depending on the price range. The pasta selection is also extensive, ranging from arrabbiata with ripe tomatoes to mentaiko and shirasu genovese.

This time, I ordered the set that comes with a salad and a drink, paired with the ripe tomato arrabbiata.

It’s packed with chunks of eggplant, and the tomato sauce is rich and delicious!
Considering its location in the Omotesando area, the pricing is reasonable for what you get. It’s a great spot for a casual lunch.
Summary: If you want to enjoy Italian cuisine in a cave-like atmosphere, head to “Café La Bohème Omotesando.”
I was completely satisfied with both the cave-like interior and the pasta—I’d love to come back!
