I'm Donut Harajuku is a popular donut store located near the entrance to Takeshita-dori in Harajuku.
The take-out counter on the first floor is so popular that there is a long line of customers on weekdays as well as holidays.
The café space on the second floor is a "hole-in-the-wall" spot for those in the know.
This time, I actually used the second-floor café that I found on a previous visit.

I visited at around 12:20 on a weekday, and although there was a line for the first floor, I was able to enter the second floor with zero wait time.
There was only one customer when I arrived, but by the time I left, the place was full.

It is convenient to know this café as a hole-in-the-wall where you can relax and enjoy your meal rather than taking it out on the first floor and eating it in the park.
