Rodeo Bakery&Coffee

We visited Rodeo Bakery & Coffee, a handsome Korean-style cafe with cute heart-shaped bread!

This café is located near Takeshita-dori Avenue in Harajuku, but is a bit in the back, on the second floor, making it a hidden gem.

Atmosphere inside the store

The spacious interior is a calm space with plants and a stylish atmosphere typical of Korean cafes. The interior is a natural design based on white, accented with ornamental plants, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

We visited around 11:00 a.m. on a holiday, and the restaurant was already full! The restaurant was filled with female customers in their 20s and 30s, making it look like a girls' school. Everyone was taking pictures, and the cafe was full of "cute".

Also, the waitresses are all dressed in Korean-style fashion, making it feel like you are in Korea. I think this café is a must for those who love Korea.

Menu

Dessert & Toast Menu

You order, are given a bell, go to the counter to pick it up, and return it to the return slot after eating.

The menu we ordered

Rodeo Plate Heart (¥1680)

I ordered the Rodeo Plate Heart.

The plate comes with a lovely heart-shaped piece of toast, juicy sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and a crunchy Caesar salad.

The toast, in particular, is soaked in butter, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The buttery flavor filled my mouth with a luxurious taste.

The sausage was juicy and satisfying, and the plate had a very good overall balance. The volume was just right, making it a perfect breakfast or brunch dish.

Einspänner (Latte) (¥850)

I asked the waitress for a drink recommendation and ordered the most popular drink, the "Einspaenner (Latte)". It is a lovely looking drink with a generous amount of fluffy sweet cream on top of espresso.

The bitterness of the espresso and the sweetness of the cream perfectly matched each other, giving it a gentle taste. Even those who do not like coffee may find it easy to drink.

We were also pleased to see that the straw was red and white striped and full of cute details.

One-person friendly

Although there were many customers in the restaurant with two people, there were various types of seating available , including round tables, bench seats, and counter seats, making it easy to come in even if you are by yourself.

The restaurant is also equipped with Wi-Fi, so it looks like a good place to do a little work. The counter seating allowed for a relaxing time with a view of the outside.

Conclusion

This stylish and relaxed cafe is a must for Korean cafe lovers. The interior is cute and the space is very photogenic.

Since it is a popular restaurant, it is recommended to visit early in the morning!

I had the Rodeo Plate and Einspänner this time, but I would like to try other menu items next time. I am also interested in the sweets menu, so I would like to enjoy dessert next time!

If you are looking for a cute and delicious cafe in Harajuku, you should definitely visit!
