On March 1, 2025 (Sat), the "MOOMIN CAFE STAND" kitchen car opened next to the parking lot on the first floor of Laforet Harajuku!
Traditional Finnish sweets, limited-edition drinks inspired by the world of the Moomins, and even goods exclusive to the kitchen car...
This new spot is packed with the charm of the Moomins!

A deep green truck suddenly appears on a side street on the first floor of Laforet Harajuku.
If you look closely, you will see that "Moomin Cafe"! The stuffed Moomin in the driver's seat is so cute that you can't help but want to take a picture of it.
The atmosphere here is natural and relaxing, as if you have come from the Moomin Valley.
Tasting report (1): Ruskiaispulla (¥550)
First, let's start with the traditional Finnish pastry "Raskiaispulla.
The fluffy bread is filled with cream and berry jam, and looks and tastes gorgeous.
The bread may have been a little dry, but the juicy berries made up for it.
The jam overflows, so be careful when eating it!
Tasting report 2: Butterfly Pea Drink (ICE / ¥660)
Next, we had the limited-edition " Butterfly Pie Drink.
This drink, poured into a cute cup with an image of "snack time" at Moomin Yashiki, has a beautiful purplish-blue color.
The drink is filled with grains of lemon juice, and the refreshing carbonation gives the drink a refreshing taste.
It looks cool and is perfect for spring and summer!

Unfortunately, it was raining that day, but there was a covered bench space next to the kitchen car, so we were able to enjoy our meal without getting wet.
It is relatively empty on weekdays, so it is recommended to visit without worrying about the weather.
