We ordered the most popular " Brown Sugar Milk Tapioca M" (620 yen).
The savory sweetness of the brown sugar matches perfectly with the mildness of the milk. The tapioca that comes out of the straw with great force is soft yet resilient, and has a pleasant chewy texture.
The freshly made raw tapioca is sticky and the richness of the brown sugar spreads with each bite. However, after about 10 minutes, the coldness of the drink will harden the tapioca, so it is recommended to drink it as soon as possible.
