What is Greek yogurt?

First, a brief explanation of Greek Yogurt.
Greek yogurt is made by removing water from regular yogurt to give it a thicker, creamier texture. As a result, it has a higher protein content and lower fat content.

In addition, as a fermented food, it is expected to help regulate the intestinal environment. It is becoming increasingly popular, especially among those interested in health and beauty, and its low calorie content and excellent nutritional balance make it a perfect snack on a diet.

The appeal of the original yogurt bowl

The most popular item we received, the Original Yogurt Bowl, is a Greek yogurt-based dish topped with fruit, nuts, and granola. It was moderately sweet, and the refreshing acidity of the yogurt itself and the natural sweetness of the toppings were well balanced.

What I particularly liked was the contrast between the creaminess of the yogurt and the crunchiness of the granola. The fresh fruit makes it look vibrant. It was healthy yet filling. Moreover, it has a refreshing aftertaste, so it is not heavy after the meal and can be enjoyed like a sweet treat. The quantity was smaller than other restaurants in the same price range. This is probably a good amount if you enjoy eating and walking around in Harajuku. </p

There was also an acai bowl on the menu, so I was curious about that too.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is also attractive

Bowls # is a bright and clean store with a relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the bustling atmosphere of Takeshita-dori. The café-style interior with its white and pink tones and cute design that evokes the latest Korean trends is attractive and makes you want to take pictures. Ordering was by filling out an order sheet.

The counter seating had a power supply.
